This money-back policy is a part of our Terms of Use. Please read these documents as they govern the relationship between you and us and contain legally binding obligations for both parties. The capitalized words used in this refund policy and not defined herein bear the same meaning as given to them in the Terms of Use.

We understand that the circumstances change, and it might not be the best time for you to start or to continue with the program prepared for you by Lovi. 

You can change your subscription at any time, and your cancellation method would differ based on the way you have purchased the subscription: 

  • If you purchased Lovi subscription through our website, kindly request subscription cancellation by contacting us at care@lovi.care, or use a subscription management page available in the app or by the link in your receipt e-mail.

  • If you purchased Lovi subscription through App Store, kindly proceed with the instructions described here.

Refunds

Subscription refund methods differ based on the way you have subscribed to the App:

  • ‍If you bought the App subscription through the App Store: Please follow the steps to request a refund described here.

  • If you bought the App subscription through Lovi webpage: In general, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, you are eligible for a refund if are not satisfied with the product, and you meet the following conditions:

    • You have purchased your subscription through our website; and

    • You have contacted us via care@lovi.care within 30 days after your initial purchase of the subscription.

    Each subsequent subscription purchase is refundable within 30 days of its purchase date as well.

We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) if your refund application is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Please note that due to the downloadable nature of the workbooks, purchases are non-refundable.

Keep in mind

  • Uninstalling the application doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription - you need to cancel your account.  You can close your account anytime through the app settings or by contacting us at care@lovi.care, or use a subscription management page available in the app or by the link in your receipt e-mail.

  • Any translation from the English version is provided for your convenience only. In the event of any difference in meaning, version, or interpretation between the English language version and any translation, the English language version will prevail.
