Since we quickly get used to our reflection, these comparisons can help highlight the changes you might not immediately notice.

How to perform an accurate Face Scan:

  • For the best results, scan in a well-lit and consistent spot.

  • It's recommended to do the scan without makeup for more accurate recommendations.

  • Keep your phone at a moderate distance from your face for optimal results.

  • If using a circular scanner, take your time and avoid quick head movements for better accuracy.

If you have an active subscription, you can easily manage it in the Profile tab → Subscription Management section. Please note that this tab will not appear in your Profile if you are using the free version of the app.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you may conveniently check its status in the Subscription section of your Apple ID account. For step-by-step instructions, kindly refer to this Apple Support article.

Cancel a Subscription Purchased via Website:

We are pleased to provide you with three options for canceling your subscription:

  • Please navigate to the Subscription Management section in the app.

  • Please check the confirmation email containing the receipt you received at the time of purchase.

  • You can also send a message to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you within 1-2 business days.

If you're unsure which email address your subscription is linked to, please don’t worry! Just contact our support team, and we’ll gladly help you figure it out.

To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to do so directly through your Apple ID account. You can easily follow the steps outlined on the Apple official website, or you may follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.

  2. Tap your Profile Name.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Scroll to the Lovi app and open the subscription details.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see the Cancel button or notice an expiration message in red, this indicates that the subscription has already been canceled.

Lovi Account

To begin using Lovi, you will need to create an account, which will store the following information:

  • All your Face Scans and Scanned Products

  • The skin care progress including the Personal Daily Plan updates

  • Products saved in “My Shelf” and “Wishlist”

  • Subscription Details

Log Out

Please note that when you log out, your Face Scans will be automatically deleted for privacy reasons.

However, your skincare progress data and product information will be retained in your account and will be restored upon logging back into the app!

Delete Account

If you would like to delete your account, you can easily do so within the app! Simply open the Profile section, scroll down the page, and click the “Delete Account” button.

Please be aware that once this action is taken, all your data and progress will be permanently deleted. If you decide to continue using Lovi with the same email address, it will be recognized as a new account.
